What you will do

• Monitor front office interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure compliance with product sales requirements.
• Analyze trade data to verify the firm meets best execution standards regarding price, speed, and settlement.
• Review client files to validate the accuracy of suitability reports and appropriateness tests.
• Conduct thematic reviews of processes to identify gaps and implement necessary remediations.
• Update the firm’s best execution policy and product governance framework.
• Evaluate front office referral practices to ensure they remain within regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in a financial services firm.
• Good command of English required.
• Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Awareness of MiFID regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
