Salary: $3,500 — $4,500 / month gross

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for a core internal ERP system used across the organization.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Lead requirements gathering and document functional and non-functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, execution, delivery, and iteration.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap and communicate progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on software projects.
• Proven ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to discuss technical topics such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong English proficiency (working language).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Business analysis experience.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience delivering products in automation, intelligent systems, or operational efficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems or internal tooling.
