What you will do

• Lead discovery engagements across the problem-finding and validation cycle, including prototyping and concepting.
• Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while guiding delivery teams toward common goals.
• Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to test assumptions across desirability, feasibility, usability, and viability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to synthesize research, data, and business insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage scope and business value definition, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives and compliance constraints.
• Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical and business domains.

Requirements

• Upper intermediate English (B2) and fluent Spanish are required.
• Hands-on experience leading discovery engagements and customer research in client-facing environments.
• Proficiency in business modeling, process analysis, and comparative maturity assessments.
• Experience navigating regulated or compliance-heavy business environments.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to break down complex, unstructured problems.
• Ability to drive initiatives forward in ambiguous situations and facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders.
