What you will do

• Lead discovery engagements including problem framing, customer research, and concept validation.
• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with design researchers and engineers to design experiments and analyze findings.
• Conduct business modeling and process analysis to identify strategic opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Communicate strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance-heavy environments to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and Upper Intermediate English (B2) required.
• Hands-on experience leading discovery engagements and hypothesis validation.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong background in business modeling, process analysis, and maturity assessments.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement.
