Rewards Specialist
The main purpose of this role is to review and continuously improve the Company's global and local reward approach to ensure it is fair, consistent, equitable, flexible and competitive enough to attract, develop and retain the best talent to fit Exness needs as well as be compliant with related legislation and global practices.
What makes you a great fit:
• 5+ years of experience in C&B / Total Rewards;
• Good knowledge of C&B best practices for various levels of employees (emphasis on compensation - job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking and banding, variable pay approaches etc.);
• Experience in implementation and / or support of grading system in several geographies;
• Leading complex people projects with multiple globally distributed and culturally-diverse stakeholders;
• At least upper-intermediate English.
