What you will do
- Design and develop data agents, analytical assets, interpretations, insights, and segmentations to drive decisions and reports.
- Create workflows for transformations, aggregations, and filters to enable self-service data access.
- Utilize AI to interpret data sets and facilitate the creation of business reports and dashboards.
- Provide process automation and re-engineering to support business needs.
- Evaluate data quality and resolve gaps and discrepancies in data sets.
- Deliver on backlog, roadmap, and overall strategy, continuously learning new technologies.
Requirements
- Practical experience in translating requirements and providing feasibility into quality data sets aligned to strategy and outcomes.
- Experience of working in an agile environment and understands OKRs, MVPs and KPIs.
- Experience using Power BI is essential.
- A good understanding of using SQL along Power BI for data visualisation.
- A good understanding of using a range of approaches to convert, adapt and make data sets available.
- Experience of working with Software Engineers to develop new data sets and transformation approaches.

- Experience of working in a cloud first environment.
- Proficiency in delivering insight and trend analysis.
