What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents for hirify.global' corporate customers and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Interact with Engineering and Business departments to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Develop documentation, knowledge base, and technical articles on hirify.global' products.
• Maintain knowledge of hirify.global' operations and products to support customer requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, Security, Networking, and Virtualization.
• Good communication skills and customer service focus.
• Passion for troubleshooting and ability to come up with efficient solutions for unordinary issues.
• Ability to prioritize and switch between a variety of time-sensitive issues.

Nice to have

• Additional languages known are a plus (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German).
• RedHat/Linux Foundation certifications are a plus.
• Cyber security certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+) are a plus
• Cisco/Juniper certifications are a plus.
