• Create multi-channel marketing and communication tools for various business units and initiatives.
• Translate verbal ideas into visual concepts, refined designs, and production-ready artwork.
• Support broad marketing initiatives and create graphics for branded environments with an understanding of scale and perspective.
• Expand knowledge of design and improve skills, engaging with Premier's healthcare and digital marketing context.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0 or more years of applicable work experience.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and in electronic formats.

Nice to have

• Skills in Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Some experience with working through client-based projects (assignments or real-world).
• Working towards a degree in design.
• Proficiency in design principles such as typography, layout, color, and branding.
