Salary: $72,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify process improvement areas for data integrity and MMIS functionality.
• Develop and implement data collection systems to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Interpret data, analyze trends, and develop recommendations.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring clean item files.
• Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from internal or external sources.
• Create quality dashboards and generate routine/ad-hoc reports.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 5 or more years of applicable experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
• Adaptability to change priorities quickly and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software.
• Must be based onsite in Dover, DE, USA.
