Salary: $72,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Build a data monitoring and reporting tool and process for member compliance programs.
• Compile, validate, and report data monthly to the Field Pharmacy Team and members in a visually appealing format.
• Identify and communicate member opportunities throughout the quarter.
• Validate data with suppliers and coordinate with Finance for member payouts.
• Scale data monitoring and reporting to handle additional suppliers as the program grows.
• Provide key reports depicting market share data for contracted products and contract uptake.
• Perform analytics utilizing complex data extracts and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 4 or more years of applicable experience.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2+ years of solid hands-on experience utilizing intermediate features of Excel and Tableau to conduct financial analyses and comparisons.
• Ability to understand data, look for trends, and manipulate data to understand the story.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.
• Ability to work in a collaborative business environment.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and/or statistics.
• Experience in sourcing analytics or contract cycle analytics.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Access, and MicroStrategy.
