Salary: $175,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain data infrastructure systems for analytics, segmentation, and personalization products.
• Build, optimize, and maintain critical data infrastructure systems to power personalization products, including AI/ML systems.
• Scale and deploy new microservices in a cloud environment, ensuring reliability and efficiency of the data platform.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance while protecting customer and shopper data with security best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions and review designs for cutting-edge services in collaboration with cloud technology partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure.
• Expertise with technologies such as Node.js, Typescript, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong experience working with different database architectures (Mongo, Postgres, BigQuery, Bigtable).
• Experience with data processing frameworks and tools like Apache Beam and dbt.
• Must be remote eligible in the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, ME, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
• This position is not eligible for visa transfer or sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gen AI frameworks.
