Location: Remote (USA) with a preference for hybrid or onsite work in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA.

Salary: $135,960–$203,940 (yearly)

What you will do

• Implement new onboarding flows in the Makeswift app, collaborating closely with the Product team.
• Solve for end-to-end product experiences across Makeswift and third-party integrations.
• Work on Makeswift’s core rich text editing experience and structured content.
• Improve the React-based UI design system and develop new components that follow accessibility best practices and deliver great performance.
• Expand Makeswift’s API to support first and third-party integrations for various use cases, including ehirify.global, translations, search, and AI.
• Explore leveraging LLMs to solve customer problems by collaborating with the Agents team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications.
• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript with proven production experience.
• Deep understanding of web standards like HTTP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript APIs.
• Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing web performance (i.e., Core Web Vitals).
• Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with UI testing frameworks and libraries (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Playwright, React Testing Library).

Nice to have

• Skilled with managing complex frontend application state (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX).
• Experience with client-side libraries for data fetching (e.g., Apollo Client, TanStack Query, SWR).
• Familiarity with bundlers and transpilers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel, Rollup).
• Experience building visual editing or design tools.
• Background in ehirify.global platforms or experience with NestJS.
