On The Spot Development is looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Python) to join Determinant AI. Determinant AI empowers game developers to create dynamic and engaging NPCs using AI. With a focus on simplicity and ease of use, Determinant AI offers an SDK that allows developers to integrate AI characters into their games with just a few clicks.

Requirements:
🔴 5+ years of experience in backend development (APIs, microservices, etc.)
🔴 Strong proficiency in Python
🔴 Experience with Azure API management layer and OpenAI API
🔴 Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
🔴 Experience with testing frameworks and A/B testing
🔴 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
🔴 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
🔴 Experience leading and mentoring junior developers

Responsibilities:
🔴 Lead the development of the backend API using the Azure API management layer and OpenAI API
🔴 Design and implement a robust and scalable architecture for the platform
🔴 Collaborate with the team to develop a dashboard for customers to monitor and manage their AI agents
🔴 Implement a payment gateway and token-based system for customers to purchase additional tokens
🔴 Develop and integrate a testing framework for evaluating the performance of different AI models
🔴 Work on A/B testing and model evaluation to compare the performance of different AI models
🔴 Collaborate with the team to develop a robust and secure authentication system using OpenID
🔴 Participate in daily meetings and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution
🔴 Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code and best practices
