What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals and risk management priorities.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management for key vendors.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across various internal units.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, global procurement standards, and external regulations.
• Champion sustainability and diversity in the supply base, aligning with corporate ESG goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in IT procurement and a large, complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of IT market dynamics and vendor landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with contracting, risk management, and supplier governance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
