What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality Go applications tailored to cloud functionalities.
• Spearhead all phases of the software development cycle, focusing on cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the scalability and performance of the hirify.global Cloud.
• Ensure production-readiness of services and operate them with high availability.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies to improve service reliability and speed of delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional programming experience with a strong background in Java-based backend development and at least 3 years dedicated to Go (Golang).
• Strong background in developing and maintaining cloud services, with proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Profound knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, along with microservices architecture.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, especially in an Agile environment.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in problem-solving and technical innovation.
• Familiarity with cloud security protocols, data encryption, and secure software development.
