Salary: $218,025–$256,500 USD

What you will do

• Rapidly launch, iterate, and optimize new and existing features and products to drive hirify.global's growth.
• Build resilient and scalable systems across web, mobile, fullstack, data, and ML.
• Architect and develop distributed systems, providing technical structure to teams.
• Define strategic roadmaps and manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards.
• Design and implement foundational infrastructure components (e.g., notifications service, SEO services).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact.
• Passionate about building an open financial system.
• Motivated by impact, full-stack minded, and data-driven approach to opportunities.
• High agency in taking accountability and delivering results quickly.
• High velocity in operation, balancing speed and quality, and investing in tools and processes.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Fullstack experience.
• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
• Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience with Blockchain technology (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum) or onchain activity (ENS, dApps).
• Proficiency with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Experience building fintech, highly reliable, and/or secure systems.
