What you will do

• Designing and building end-to-end features, from database and API to external integrations.
• Developing new AI-powered tools and capabilities that automate accounting tasks.
• Implementing seamless integrations with accounting systems and partner platforms.
• Turning prototypes and experiments into production-ready features.
• Taking full ownership and shaping the products you build.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Solid skills in PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in production or serious side projects.
• Ability to context-switch and work across the stack.
• Strong bias toward shipping and delivering features.
• English: at least B2+.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, tool calling, or agent patterns.
• Integrating LLMs into real applications.
• Familiarity with Norwegian APIs (Altinn, BankID, accounting systems).
• Experience with GCP.
• Building tools, experiments, or products on the side.
