What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage technical talent through diverse channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities.
• Build, maintain, and continuously refresh a pool of qualified engineers and developers.
• Craft personalized outreach to spark interest and engage candidates in pre-onboarding activities.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial calls to assess candidates’ technical background and motivation.
• Partner with engineering leaders to deeply understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tech community activity, and competitor hiring practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specializing in Backend/General Tech roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Python Engineers, Platform Engineers, Cloud Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps, Systems Engineers, Data Platform Engineers).
• Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with tech talent pools, platforms, and communities.
• Deep understanding of tech subject areas, developers’ roles, technologies, and motivations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent follow-through, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
