* Post natively, monitor comments, surface insights back to the founder fast.






SUCCESS MEANS
* High save/share rates and thoughtful comments.


* Inbound messages from investors, partners, or talent who “get” us.


* A small but growing library of evergreen content we’re proud to pin.





SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain a two‑week content calendar and track basic analytics.


* Repurpose product updates and fintech insights into carousels or text posts.


* Assist the CEO with occasional LinkedIn thought‑leadership pieces.


* Keep our shared Notion tidy with footage, captions, and performance stats.





YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU…
* Can show at least one account or project you produced end‑to‑end.


* Edit confidently in CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.


* Believe alignment > reach and craft content accordingly.


* Love quick feedback loops and autonomy.


* Communicate async but enjoy bouncing ideas live on Slack etc.


* Are curious about fintech (prior knowledge is a bonus, not a must).

You need to be a creator. Practical and output oriented, while also understanding the purpose and bigger picture.

You can be a student, more experienced and in between projects, and/or wanting in on an exciting opportunity, while you are working your regular job. Your competence level is crucial.

Personal and professional compatibility as well as trust, the right set of skills and ability in addition to complete buy-in on mission, vision, and values are significantly important.
