What you will do

• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and user insights.
• Support operations and internal processes, including finance, admin, and planning.
• Help prepare pitch decks and investor materials, and be part of fundraising efforts.
• Engage with users and analytics to gather feedback and improve the product.
• Jump into strategic projects and help us move faster across the board.
• Set up and improve email marketing to enhance conversions and retention.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field at BI Norwegian Business School.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Most work will be in Norwegian.
• You are a self-starter, proactive, organized, and hungry to learn.
• You possess strong research skills and can manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in starting a business, website, or other side hustle is highly preferred.
• Interest in tech, design, gaming, or 3D is a plus.
