Location: This role is available onsite in New York City or remotely from the following US states: Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain key Workday Finance modules including Accounting, Procurement, Billing, AP, and Tax.
• Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite) to provide insights to finance and business teams.
• Configure and maintain critical finance business processes, such as Procure to Pay and Accounting Journals.
• Manage monthly ledger close processes and EIB loads.
• Support system enhancements and maintain Adaptive Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing.
• Lead semi-annual Workday Release reports and regression testing.
• Monitor and resolve Workday-related tickets via JIRA to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on Workday configuration.
• Hold a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Possess a self-starter attitude with intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive and/or Workday Strategic Sourcing.
• Workday Pro Certification.
