Senior Account Manager (Precision Mining): Primary relationship owner for customers adopting next-generation mining technologies across North America, ensuring customer success and technology adoption. Focus on orchestrating internal teams, collaborating with dealers, and unifying ’s technology go-to-market strategy.
Location: Onsite full-time at a facility in Tucson, AZ, or Peoria, IL. Domestic relocation assistance to the US is available. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Salary: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for mine sites adopting new technologies, building strategic relationships at site and corporate levels.
- Own the customer adoption journey, ensuring customers realize tangible value from new technology investments.
- Partner closely with solution engineering, deployment, and support teams to track implementation and mitigate risks.
- Manage all customer inquiries related to new offerings, routing to internal experts and documenting feedback.
- Support the integration of newly acquired technologies and unify ’s commercial approach in North America.
- Develop deep understanding of mine site operational priorities to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and strategic account planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing sales, account management, or customer success roles.
- Mining industry experience (operations, technology, engineering, or similar).
- Excellent communication, expectation-setting, and customer engagement skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, especially with complex customer organizations and channel partners.
- Knowledge of account management principles and practices, with ability to manage day-to-day client activities.
- Ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting technology introduction at mine sites.
- Familiarity with mining automation, guidance, analytics, or fleet management systems.
- Experience collaborating with dealers or similar distribution models.
- Exposure to integrations or go-to-market alignment with acquired businesses.
