What you will do

• Lead analysis for complex, integration-heavy initiatives across core banking and payments domains.
• Design technical solutions together with the development team, considering scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain clear technical specifications, system documentation, and integration contracts.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Compliance, and external partners to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, tracing transactions and analyzing data.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system interactions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Financial services background in banking, payment processing, or fintech.
• Confident SQL skills to independently pull data, investigate incidents, and validate system behavior.
• Practical experience leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate development and automate workflows.
• Solid understanding of system architecture patterns: microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, relational databases, asynchronous flows.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with safeguarding, reconciliation, and treasury operations.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
