Role Overview:We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Project Manager to own and drive cross-functional initiatives from product launches to engineering milestones. You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, designers, and GTM teams to ensure we ship the right things, fast. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track execution of product and engineering projects
- Work directly with founders to align priorities and strategic goals
- Manage timelines, sprints, and blockers across teams
Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and async updates
- Set up lightweight processes to streamline collaboration
- Communicate project status to founders clearly and consistently
- Spot inefficiencies and implement improvements without red tape
- Analyze market trends and prioritize feature implementation based on market demands.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience working with SaaS or AI/ML teams is a plus
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt quickly, and act autonomously
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, Slack, GitHub, and Figma
- Communicate in Uzbek, English, and Russian.
