◻️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack development projects, from ideation to deployment
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive interfaces
- Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience across platforms
- Stay updated on web3/blockchain trends and integrate new tools
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment

Requirements:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Vue.js
- Strong back-end skills (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Experience with blockchain tech (e.g., Ethereum, Solidity) and DeFi protocols
- Ability to translate wireframes into functional, visually appealing interfaces
- Experience with Git and project management tools (Jira, Trello)

Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALLE)
- Experience managing design systems and UI libraries
- Knowledge of 3D design tools and ethical DeFi design principles
