Job Title: Founding Engineer

Who We Are: Dubai‑based startup building domain‑expert AI employees—real‑estate agent, car salesman, AI butler, beauty & sport‑club administrator—that already serve multiple paying customers and are scaling fast.
The Role: Join the founding team and lead the technical side of the company, own architecture and ML strategy, and grow into CTO as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design prompt stacks, retrieval‑augmented pipelines and evaluation loops that transform GPT‑4o, Llama‑3, etc. into production‑ready AI employees.
- Build micro‑services, event pipelines and knowledge‑base ingestors that sync the model’s logic with CRMs and property databases.
- Deliver a low‑latency Voice Assistants pipeline (VAD → STT → streaming NLP → TTS) that books appointments and qualifies leads by phone.
- Provide Meta's embedded sign‑up flow, multi‑brand number management and a single webhook router that proxies messages to downstream services.
- Automate client onboarding: tailor prompts, spin up CRM integrations (e.g. Salesforce, Bitrix, amoCRM, Goyzer), streamline data ingestion (e.g., website scraping), empower clients to configure prompts.
- Lead technical team through design reviews, code standards and roadmap planning.
Core Skills:
- Generative AI & NLP: prompt engineering, RAG, vector DBs, offline (unit/regression) & live evaluation.
- Software Engineering: Python/TypeScript, micro‑services, cloud (GCP/AWS), CI/CD, containers, WebSockets.
- Integrations: Meta/WhatsApp Business API, Twilio Voice, STT/TTS stacks, REST/GraphQL CRMs.
- Data & Automation: web scraping, ETL, relational & NoSQL stores.
- Leadership: mentoring, technical vision, startup execution.
