Salary: $1800 - $2300 per month*

We specialize in driving top-notch SEO, content, and paid media results for our clients, and we’re all about teamwork, growth, and client success.

In this role, you will:

🟥Manage tasks in our Asana system, including inputting audit and quarterly plan tasks
🟥Clean up outdated or incomplete projects in Asana
🟥Assist with client meeting preparations
🟥Communicate with and manage smaller client accounts
🟥Work closely with the SVP of Business Development, taking on some of her client accounts
🟥Take ownership of small client accounts

To excel in this role, you need to have:

🔵2+ years experience in project coordination or project management roles
🔵Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
🔵Strong organizational skills
🔵Experience with task management on Asana
🔵Quick learner, eager to be coached
🔵Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks each day without feeling overwhelmed
