What you will do

• Develop and maintain release calendars and coordinate Go-Live activities across multiple teams and applications.
• Ensure compliance with technology governance frameworks, operational risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison between development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth release execution.
• Identify and mitigate release risks, validate rollback plans.
• Monitor release metrics and recommend process improvements including automation and CI/CD pipeline enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in release management or software delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
