What you will do

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, and execution for Drug Pathways and Member & Partner Experience domains.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Senior Product Managers to foster excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery to execution, ensuring alignment with business and cost-saving goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams on PRD and UX design development.
• Define and track user, product, and business metrics across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in health-tech or pharmacy benefits environments preferred.
• Proven success launching customer-facing products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, operations, and UX design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with strong ownership.
