What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy backend systems for payout automation and growth experiments
• Build scalable automated payout structure generation and transformation systems
• Implement dynamic, personalized payout algorithms and A/B testing infrastructure
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams for system integration
• Contribute to experiment frameworks for setup, versioning, and evaluation
• Improve system reliability, maintainability, and performance

Requirements

• Must be located in Berlin and work onsite
• Experience with production backend systems in Python
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and clean code
• Experience with data pipelines, A/B testing, or algorithmic personalization
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and data science teams

Nice to have

• Experience with ML pipelines, model deployment, or adtech systems
• Exposure to payout, reward, or incentive systems
