Salary: $199,000–$299,000 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Establish and execute a global benchmark strategy and submission calendar aligned with product timelines.
• Scale and lead domain-specific pods for benchmark execution and data analysis.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to secure tuning for top-tier public benchmark results.
• Own compliance, governance, and public messaging for external performance claims, collaborating with Legal and Brand teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Marketing to convert technical results into compelling external content.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in storage performance benchmarking with a track record of public, compliant submissions (e.g., SPEC, IO500, MLPerf, SPC).
• Proven Program/Product Management leadership instituting rigorous performance benchmark standards.
• Direct experience interfacing with external benchmark organizations (e.g., SPEC, IO500, MLCommons).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling ability for technical presentations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
