Salary: $295,600–$329,780 USD

What you will do

• Design, develop, and refine financial and economic models for product and business trade-off discussions.
• Drive the execution of strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives stemming from CBO's priorities.
• Manage planning cycles, budget reviews, and performance tracking for the CBO's team.
• Prepare and organize materials for Board of Directors, executive staff, and investor reviews, owning the narrative of team strategy and progress.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the CBO and other functional leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in highly analytical, strategic, and operational roles.
• Direct experience in a top-tier Investment Bank or Consulting firm, or equivalent in corporate development, finance, or management consulting focused on technology.
• Proven track record of operationalizing strategic goals and leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Extremely high degree of knowledge in corporate finance, microeconomics, and financial modeling.
• Experience working within a high-growth consumer technology, platform, or marketplace company.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Chief of Staff (directly supporting a C-level executive) or Director of Strategy roles.
• MBA from a top-tier university.
• Understanding and interest in virtual economies, creator ecosystems/monetization, and platform dynamics.
