What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term product and feature roadmap for DFM firmware, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead the entire firmware project lifecycle, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Champion Agile development methodologies to optimize team productivity and firmware quality.
- Manage team performance and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth for firmware engineers.
- Guide the design and implementation of sophisticated NAND media management policies and low-level hardware interfaces.
Requirements
- Deep technical leadership in embedded software development or firmware management for complex, high-performance systems.
- Extensive, hands-on knowledge of embedded system architecture and firmware design principles.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software interactions within storage technologies, SSD controllers, or NAND flash media management.
- Track record of successfully managing the full product development cycle using Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical strategies to cross-functional partners.
