What you will do

  • Develop and execute global customer lifecycle management and development strategies aligned with group goals.
  • Define and implement customer journeys, lifecycle communications, and personalized direct campaigns at scale.
  • Lead segmentation, targeting, and automation to maximize ARR from SMB and agency customer profiles.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and customer experience.
  • Manage planning, reporting, analysis, and performance across markets, coaching local CRM specialists.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and brand teams to align lifecycle initiatives with global priorities.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid in Berlin or Dortmund, Germany
  • 7+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer development, ideally in SaaS or hosting.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling lifecycle programs internationally.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required
