What you will do

• Craft the design of all user interface elements including menus, HUD, pop-ups, key visuals, UI style guides, and Design System.
• Develop the UX for games, including prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Product Managers, and Engineers to establish cohesive visual looks and user-friendly experiences.
• Create and implement optimized design assets while understanding how players experience content under tight deadlines.
• Solve Visual Design problems across different projects.
• Support additional designs for game-specific branding both inside and outside the game.

Requirements

• Experience as a Visual Designer, UI Artist, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• An online portfolio showcasing your work.
• Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo.
• Strong knowledge of composition, colors, layout, and typography to create high-quality design assets.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and screen design tools like Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience working in games, especially mobile titles.
• Familiarity with at least one game engine (especially Unity) and the game development pipeline.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, illustration, and 3D asset creation.
