What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute service strategy and IT applications management.
• Develop and implement service strategy and roadmap in collaboration with internal customers.
• Manage service budget and ensure service performance with SLA monitoring.
• Handle service communication including major incidents and planned outages.
• Prioritize and implement service demands based on requirements.
• Coordinate external service providers and manage service transition to operations.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany
• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT service and application management, preferably in Legal, Risk, Audit & Compliance or Corporate Quality Management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic international environment.
