What you will do

• Develop advertising campaigns, including concept creation and visual execution.
• Create graphic materials for digital and offline communications (social media, outdoor advertising, POS assets, promotional banners).
• Prepare print-ready files such as brochures, posters, and branded merchandise.
• Create and adapt visual assets using AI-based tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent brand visual identity.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity and oversee external agencies for high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design across digital and offline channels.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, overseeing each stage of the creative process.
• High level of creativity, strong attention to detail, and effective team collaboration.
• English proficiency sufficient for clear and efficient communication with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator; basic skills in After Effects or comparable tools).
• Solid understanding of print production processes and preparing files for print.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven design tools.
