What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and client transformations.
• Drive profitable growth by managing revenue targets, margins, and business development pipelines.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level client executives.
• Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mexico City with hybrid work format.
• 10+ years in technology/business consulting with 5+ years in banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of banking processes including core banking architecture and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in consultative selling to C-level executives and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing complex projects and teams.
• Financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and managing margins.

Nice to have

• Expertise in core banking modernization and payment systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
