What you will do

• Own key product features within the Drug Information portfolio, guiding them from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Partner closely with Technology, Content, Commercial, and Clinical teams to deliver product releases.
• Engage directly with pharmacists, clinicians, and health IT customers to understand workflows and needs.
• Support the development of product vision and strategy aligned with hirify.global’s Clinical Solutions objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial teams for go-to-market strategies and feature adoption.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in product management and/or healthcare technology.
• Proven success delivering products, ideally in clinical or health system contexts.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, RxNorm) and analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• English: B2 required (implied by job posting language).

Nice to have

• Experience with product management tools including Jira and Aha!.
• Experience applying AI/ML or Generative AI to product management.
• Advanced training or experience in informatics, health tech, or healthcare delivery.
• Clinical background.
