What you will do

• Take full architectural and implementation ownership of the core yield aggregation protocol on the Solana blockchain.
• Write, audit, test, and deploy highly secure, production-grade Rust smart contracts (Solana Programs).
• Ensure the robustness, security, and efficiency of the core logic for yield aggregation and asset reallocation.
• Work closely with the core team to define technical requirements and rapidly ship high-quality, production-ready code.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade Rust smart contracts (Solana Programs).
• Proven track record of successfully designing and deploying complex smart contract architecture to the Solana network.
• Deep working understanding of smart contract best practices, common vulnerabilities, and current industry patterns.
• Relentless commitment to shipping high-quality, well-tested code, even under tight timelines.
• Highly capable of solving complex, ambiguous problems with minimal oversight and possessing a tenacious problem-solver mindset.
