What you will do

• Support commercial analysis and build business cases for strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional, high-impact projects across departments.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence research to identify opportunities and risks.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning over a 3+ year horizon.
• Evaluate and support partnerships and M&A opportunities and post-deal implementation.
• Optimize organizational structures to foster scalability and growth.
• Prepare executive materials for board and strategy meetings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or UK for remote work with travel to Karlsruhe
• 1.5+ years in management/strategy consulting or 2+ years in corporate development, project management, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills and experience handling commercial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• English: Very good command required
