What you will do

  • Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS.
  • Develop and maintain detailed sourcing plans and progress reports for each role.
  • Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for assigned roles.
  • Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions.
  • Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insights.

Requirements

  • One or more years’ experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets with a focus on technical or gaming roles.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, filters, advanced search).
  • Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output.
  • English level: B2 required.
  • Ability to actively and effectively communicate ideas and progress.
  • Solid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of additional CIS or European languages.

Hiring process

  • Application review.
  • Test Assignment (around 3 days given to complete).
  • Interview with a Recruiter (90 minutes).
  • Optional: final interview with TA Lead (60 minutes).
