What you will do

• Develop core narratives for hirify.global, translating technical concepts into clear, inspiring stories.
• Steward brand storytelling, collaborating with the creative team to evolve hirify.global's positioning.
• Lead multi-format content creation, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
• Partner cross-functionally to build integrated content programs aligned with business strategy and key company moments.
• Optimize content for engagement and performance using analytics, market research, and SEO/GEO.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing or communications roles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to distill technical information into compelling, human-centered content.
• Proficiency in writing and engineering content using AI tools.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics tools to evaluate content performance.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct reporting lines.
• A portfolio of previous writing, social campaigns, and thought leadership examples is required.
