Focus on modernizing operations, leading program and portfolio management, and establishing AI and RPA solutions to deliver significant efficiency gains and cost reduction.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in New York City, NY, USA; Madison, WI, USA; Minneapolis, MN, USA; Waltham, MA, USA; or Philadelphia, PA, USA.

Salary: $203,900 - $262,150

What you will do

• Lead division-wide transformation initiatives to modernize Operations and achieve cost, quality, and speed targets.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and lead the Program and Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
• Act as Product Owner for core back-end business systems (ERP, CRM) and critical Content Management Systems.
• Establish and lead the strategy for identifying, developing, and deploying AI and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
• Lead the Data & Analytics function for Operations, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Standardize and optimize the operational vendor management lifecycle with rigorous performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Extensive Leadership Experience: 15+ years in operations, transformation, or large-scale program leadership within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI, robotic process automation (RPA), and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, workflow tools).
• Demonstrated ability to lead modernization and optimization of core business systems and content platforms.
• Ability to oversee master data management and leverage analytics for strategic decisions.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies.
• Experience leading PMO functions, ensuring governance, prioritization, and successful execution of major initiatives.
