What you will do

• Lead and evolve the global PR strategy to position hirify.global as the top digital entertainment choice for kids and families.
• Develop and execute PR campaigns to drive awareness, reputation, and consideration, focusing on key markets (especially the U.S.).
• Shape the company's PR narrative, positioning hirify.global as a category-defining platform.
• Manage agencies and global PR partners, ensuring alignment, quality, and brand consistency.
• Act as strategic communications counsel to executive leadership, providing thought leadership.
• Define success metrics and manage reporting across awareness, sentiment, and earned media value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Public Relations in international environments (U.S. experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing global communications strategies that drive cultural relevance and business results.
• Experience managing PR agencies and leading teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication in English is essential.
• Skilled in storytelling, strategic thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
