What you will do

• Serve as the lead technical advisor to key accounts, engaging with engineering teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Drive strategic infrastructure decisions through compelling presentations, architectural design sessions, customized demos, and hands-on workshops.
• Guide customers through their cloud adoption journey, designing technical solutions aligned with their strategic priorities.
• Clearly articulate and prove the business value of HashiCorp solutions in infrastructure automation and security lifecycle management.
• Provide expert-level advice on modern infrastructure practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud architecture, container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and DevSecOps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Product Management, Support, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering role, OR equivalent hands-on experience in a senior DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Architecture role.
• Expert proficiency with IaC principles; mandatory production experience with Terraform.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including core services.
• Strong practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s), including managed services like EKS, GKE, or AKS.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipeline architecture and methods of authentication of distributed services (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, mTLS, PKI, JWT, JIT).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to travel domestically within Indonesia as needed, with occasional international travel required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with at least 2 HashiCorp solutions (e.g., Vault, Consul, Nomad) and broader hirify.global Automation and RedHat portfolio.
• Understanding of security architecture, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Indonesian compliance standards.
• Experience with observability stacks and logs monitoring.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, CKA, HashiCorp Certified).
