What you will do

• Own and drive delivery of assigned sub team goals aligned with project milestones.
• Develop detailed delivery plans, schedules, and workflows to meet objectives on time and budget.
• Coordinate dependencies and collaboration with other sub teams for smooth integration.
• Implement and maintain operational models and efficient workflows at sub team level.
• Collaborate on resource and talent planning with Development Director.
• Foster a healthy, motivated team culture aligned with company values and technical vision.

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
• 5+ years experience as Senior Project Manager, Producer, or Development Manager in game development.
• Background in technical production or programming.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, SAFe, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AAA game engines.
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams.
• Strong interest in online multiplayer shooters.
