What you will do

• Drive onboarding, retention, and success of new partners
• Collaborate with sales and growth teams to support technical implementation
• Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns and platform use
• Analyze partner KPIs and take action to improve performance
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with partners
• Prepare reports and communicate partner needs internally

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Hamburg, Germany with visa and relocation support
• 1-3 years experience in mobile user acquisition, success management, or account management in adtech or similar
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite
• Understanding of adtech KPIs (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU)
