⚡️Chief Marketing Officer (Web3)

💰Salary: $250k - $550k/year (base, bonus, tokens, equity)

◻️ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 5-7 portfolio company relationships, delivering high-quality marketing strategies and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, owning client relationship health
- Lead hiring, training, and team expansion decisions for marketing teams
- Collaborate with project teams to define roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and long-term strategic plans
- Oversee channel reporting, attribution modeling, and goal setting for optimal ROI
- Take ownership of branding, messaging, and strategy adaptation in a dynamic Web3 ecosystem
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business goals
- Oversee PR, content, social strategy, growth campaigns, and paid/owned media efforts
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and reputation
- Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience as a Marketing Director, C-Level executive, Co-founder, or similar role
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in crypto/blockchain/Web3
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on consumer insights
- Experience working with emergent technology brands and businesses
- Action-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to tasks of any scale
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology
