What you will do

• Develop and implement projects from original concept through final implementation and closure.
• Create and oversee detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with partners/vendors and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Analyze and improve delivery models to increase efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Tampa, FL, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or comparable roles with cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, manage timelines, budgets, and deliver results.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, Salesforce, and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, risk management, leadership, and organizational skills.
